Contact your Avalara Account Manager

Your Customer Account Manager (CAM) is your main point of contact for your Avalara relationship. They're here to ensure you get the most out of your Avalara services; they'll help you learn more about Avalara, provide useful resources, and answer questions about your plan or product.

CAMs aren't tax experts, so they can't provide technical support or tax advice. Contact Avalara Support for your technical needs or contact Avalara's Professional Services to engage with a sales tax expert.

Before you begin

Only users with Account-level permissions can access Avalara Account. Contact your account administrator if you can't sign into Avalara Account.

Steps

  1. Sign into Avalara Account.

    If you're already signed into AvaTax, click the Avalara Account button at the bottom of any page.

  2. Click Contact Us at the bottom of the page to view their contact information.
    1. Contact information includes a phone number, email address, and a link to request a meeting time.

      Click Technical Support if you need to open a case with our support team.
