Why are there errors in the Amazon connector log for January?

You are reviewing the connector log for January 2017 and notice an error.

Resolution

  • TrustFile has fixed an Amazon synchronization issue.

  • The TrustFile Amazon connector experienced issues synchronizing tax data into TrustFile between Jan 13 and 20th.

    • All tax data for the Amazon connectors has now sync'ed and is up-to-date in TrustFile.

    • Contact Avalara support if you're experiencing issues with Amazon data in TrustFile.
