Why is my import stuck at zero?


Your imported transactions are stuck at 0%

  • Please click the blue magnifying glass on the right hand side of the screen to refresh the import page.


  • Note: Large uploads will take some time to complete, you should see the percentage go up over time.
    • Having users import simultaneously is typically the root cause of the delay. The imports run in batches and will need to complete as they are received.
