You want to know if status uncommitted or voided on a transaction count as a separate transaction within billable transactions.
- The important thing about the transaction as far as committed, uncommitted or voided is that this is in reference to transaction Posted in the Admin Console. If it is a posted document then it counts regardless of status.
- Any change in transaction status that occurs within different GMT days (GMT day is 4PM to 4PM PST) will count as separate transactions. For instance, if a transaction is posted as committed at 3PM and then voided at 5PM will count as two transactions in a customer's billable transactions.
