Why do I have a blank error file after import?

Overview

I imported transactions. I now have a result file and error file. The error file appears to be blank or has only 3 middle fields filled out.

Resolution

  • This can sometimes happen with excel formatting where it thinks the blank lines should be there. 
  • You can confirm that all your transactions are in by downloading the results file and confirming all your transactions are in there without error.
