I have a transaction in California that is from one city in California to another and Avatax appears to be using the wrong County rate.
California is a mixed sourcing state meaning that in California for intrastate transcactions (from California to California) the rate should be compromised of the following:
- The State rate
- The origin county rate of 1% plus the 0.25% rate
- The Destination City and STJ rates.
