According a recent notification from the Florida Department of Revenue, your company may receive a notification of a change in filing frequency to monthly for sales tax and/or an obligation to pay estimated tax monthly with an effective date of January 1, 2021.
You will need to update your filing frequency in AvaTax prior to January 1, 2021.
All taxpayers have been notified by mail by the Florida Department of Revenue.
