How do I resolve "Invalid company address: Insufficient address information. You must specify at least Line/ZIP, or Line/City/State"?
Check the address on the Customer Card and Invoice to ensure they are valid.
Some line items may be using Inventory Site Address. In cases where inventory site address is present we give preference to inventory site address and that is sent as source address. If inventory site address is not present, then Company Address is sent as source address.
To verify an Inventory Site Address is correct, validate the address using Admin Console (click "Tools" > "Basic Tax Calculator") or check USPS website.
