Configuration window will not open in QuickBooks


The AvaTax for QuickBooks install was successful, and tax calculation is working. No AvaTax utilities can open though, including the Configuration screen.




If after re-installing this situation remains unchanged, then there is something blocking the AvaTax software from fully installing on this computer. Please contact Avalara support for further troubleshooting. Situations like this may not have a solution other than using an alternate computer to access these menu items.
