Why am I receiving error when validating Avalara Configuration in Netsuite?


When attempting to validate credentials for the Avalara Configuration, I am receiving error: "This site says....Please contact Avalara Support..." but all the information is correct




  • You are likely using a browser that is not supported by NetSuite, such as Microsoft Edge. If you are, please switch to a browser that is supported, and revalidate the credentials.

  • For a list of supported browsers by NetSuite, click here.

  • Ensure you are using the correct Username and Password.  If unsure, try logging into the Admin Console to verify.
