Why am I receiving error when validating Avalara Configuration in Netsuite?

Overview

When attempting to validate credentials for the Avalara Configuration, I am receiving error: "This site says....Please contact Avalara Support..." but all the information is correct

Resolution

  • You are likely using a browser that is not supported by Netsuite, such as Microsoft Edge. If you are, please switch to a browser that is supported, and revalidate the credentials.
