How do I resolve 'AvaCert communication error…The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found' in NetSuite?

Overview

You are attempting to send a customer from NetSuite to CertCapture. You receive the error message "AvaCert communication error…The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found”.

Environment

NetSuite

NetSuite OneWorld

Resolution

  • Re-validate the Avalara credentials in NetSuite.  To do so, click "Avalara" > "Setup" > Configure Avalara". Once the credentials are validated try adding customer to CertCapture from NetSuite.
