On Tue (AM?) 8/5/14, it appears that Avalara stopped accepting our API key that had been working since we reset it last Fri (8/1/14). I regenerated the key again and it's back working.
If transactions stop coming to the service and admin console please check the credentials you are using to connect to us in the settings window of your ERP or E-commerce. If nothing has changed in that regard and there are still connection problems please be sure someone at your company hasn't reset the license key.
