You are not seeing tax calculation on any transaction in Exact Macola ES for any customers.
Exact Macola ES
- This can be caused by a few different things, ensure that:
- All customers have the AVATAX tax schedule/code on their record
- The user that the Exact system profile is set to use is still active, and that password has not been changed
- The license key has not been reset (have an account admin check their email for notice of a license key update)
- Add AVATAX to the customer record, re-activate the user, ensure password is accurate, and update license key if needed
