Why are Invoices are not going to the Order Sync Queue


When the order is completed and marked as shipped, the invoice is not processing to the Avalara Order process queue

  • Go to System > Configuration > Tax > in the Actions field make sure it has Submit Data
    • If the action is set to "Calculate" only it will calculate with Avalara Service but not process anything to the admin console.
