You are attempting to calculate tax or save a transaction but you receive an error stating: "This Request is valid for reverse charge document but the AvaTax Global service is required to proceed. AvaTax Global service is not enabled. service is not enabled for this account, please contact customer support."
- This error occurs on a Purchase Invoice when a line has not been saved.
- Go to the Lines tab > Save the line (click Add or OK) > Calculate tax > Save as Committed or Save as Uncommitted.
