There are certificates on your failed API call report and you want to know how to get them out of there.
- In the Failed API Calls report, go to each Certificate that is showing an API error and click the History tab.
- In the failed API message it will tell you what is wrong that is causing the failure to happen.
- Fix the certificate in CertCapture and then click Queue API Resend. If the next item in the API history is a "success" message, the failed certificate should have been pushed over to AvaTax and the certificate will not appear on your next Failed API Call report.
