NAV 2009 R2 - How do I reduce our get tax calls?


The issue is customer is concerned with extra tax calls on their account.


The environment is Dynamics NAV 2009


The resolution is to review the account usage spreadsheet from the Customer Account Manager, and demonstrate where the Total Billable is from.


The cause is customer is gone over the limit with usage.
