Why is my Dynamics NAV invoice missing in the Admin Console?

Overview

You created an invoice in Dynamics NAV but the invoice is missing from the Admin Console.

Environment

Dynamics NAV

Resolution

  • Review Customer Record associated with invoice 
    • On Customer Record ensure the "Tax Liable" box is checked and the "Tax Area Code" must be set to "AVATAX" prior to finalizing the invoice.
