Why can I not reset my password in CertCapture?

Overview

You are trying to request a password reset but the system does not recognize your email address.

Environment

Avalara CertCapture

Resolution

  • Email addresses are case sensitive, try capitalizing your email address following standard conventions "First.Last@MyCompany.com" in the request
    • Contact your account admin to have your password reset and update the format of your email address
