Why did the data feed not update my customer to exempt status?


You see a certificate on file for a customer in CertCapture but they have not been updated as exempt in your system connected via a datafeed update, and you want to know why.

  • A customer will only be updated as exempt if they have a valid linked certificate and a job for the data feed.
  • Confirm that there is a job linked to that specific customer ID
