Why am I getting a forbidden 403 error in NetSuite when trying to add a customer to CertCapture?
Overview
When clicking the button "Add Customer" to add a customer to CertCapture, you are getting the following error:
"Avacert communication error. Remote server returned error (403) forbidden"

Resolution
- This typically occurs due to the Netsuite user profile not having adequate permission in Avalara CertCapture to make the change included in the request generating the error.
- Adjust the user role / permission level of the user to include the needed task
