How do I log in to AvaTax if I receive the error: the user or account could not be authenticated?


When you attempt to login you get the message "The user or account could not be authenticated. Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again."

    • If a new password is needed, click on the "Forgot password?" link and create a new password
