Why do only some customers imported in CertCapture include a Last Transaction Date?


You completed a bulk upload of customer records to import several customers with a last transaction date, but only some of the records are now in showing in the service.




  • The date listed in Last Transaction Date must be formatted YYYY-MM-DD.
  • Correct the date format and import the file again.
  • The specific error should show in the Error message in your Message Center.
