Should I upload a certificate or change a report for a customer?


A customer is asking us to upload a certificate, change a report, or some other service that they would normally do themselves.






  • Look for the CertCapture Managed Service label in the Company profile in SalesForce
    • Transfer the Case to (Ronnie) Todd Johnson (Process as of May 29, 2014)
  • For non-managed service customers, inform them on how to complete the work themselves


Note: Managed Services does not include alterations to company profiles or uploading logos.
