How do I remove a state from a customer record in CertCapture?


You see a state attached to a customer where they don't need to provide an exemption certificate. You want to know how to remove that state from their customer profile.




  • Pull up the customer record
    • Go to the ShipTo tab
    • Right-click the State
    • Click Unlink ShipTo State to remove it
