How do I correct the non-US country on my customer records?

Overview

You completed a customer bulk import and see foreign addresses weren't uploaded correctly. You want to know how to correct the country.

Resolution

  • To correct the country on an existing customer record, import the customer number and country columns alone:
    • Billing Customer Number
    • Billing Customer Country
  • The best practice for creation of customers outside of the US/CA is to import them without the Customer State column.
