You've set up a CertCapture campaign to ask multiple customers for compliance documents. You sent the campaign and received all the certificates you need, but its status never changes from "In Process."
- CertCapture doesn't automatically close a campaign when it's done.
- To close a campaign, click the go to Manage Documents > Campaigns, click Manage beside the campaign you wish to close, and then click the Close Campaign button.
- Some campaign rounds may encounter issues if the name of the round includes special characters. To avoid this, rename the campaign round.
- The overall title of a campaign can't be changed after it begins.
