I received a blank tax form in the mail from the Department of Revenue. Should I send it to MyLodgeTax?


I received a blank tax return from the State/Local Jurisdiction. Do I send it in to you?

  • If it's a new form, please send it to us in case we haven’t been notified. There are some locations where the jurisdictions only contact the property owner and not Avalara, so it's good to forward it to us so we can confirm.  

  • If it is a smaller jurisdiction, then please notify us by forwarding it to 
  • Additionally, there are a select few locations, like Newport Beach, CA, where we have to use the paper forms sent out by the city, and at times these are sent directly to the property owners. In this case we would want a copy in order to file.
