How do I assign roles to employees in my company?
Managing staff members
Once a staff member has been invited to join Avalara India GST Returns, their user account will not be assigned to a role within the company. An administrator will need to assign a relevant role to each staff member within the company.
To associate a staff member to a role within a company:
- Click Manage Companies
- Browse to the relevant company
- Click Assign Staff, a pop-up menu will appear.
- Select the user and assign a desired role of either Approver, Payer, or Maker.
- Click Invite
