How do I see the status of my support case?

NOTE: This feature is available only for non-Returns customers.

View the status of your Avalara Support cases. 

Only Admin users on an account can create a support case. You can't see cases in the AvaTax Sandbox environment.

Resolution

  1. Log in to AvaTax Update.
  2. Click Settings > Manage account, and then select Support Cases.

You'll see a list of all support cases organized by case number and opened date.
