The issue is customer cannot login to admin console
There are several reasons why a user will not be able to log into the admin console:
- Too many login attempts and their account will become locked.
- They have been set to inactive or changed to "No Access" by their administrator.
- They do not have an user login for the admin console.
In any of these cases the customer will need to contact their administrator to re-enable or create a login for the Admin Console.
