I uploaded customers in CertCapture. However, the ship to addresses do not appear in the system, why?

I uploaded customers in CertCapture. However, the ship to addresses do not appear in the system, why?

Environment

Avalara CertCapture

Resolution

  • Make sure the ShipTo customer number and ShipTo customer name have been uploaded to CertCapture prior to import

    • ShipTo customers' names and numbers should match the intended import file.  

  • If you linked to separate ShipTo customers you will see more information listed on the ship to tab
