I need to change the exempt reason on a lot of certificates as I made an error when I initially imported them.
- Exemption reasons in CertCapture can be changed in bulk via the user interface. Perform a customer search to find the exact customers that need certificates updated. From the search results, select Change Exempt Reasons from the Perform Action on Results dropdown.
- Next, choose the correct exempt reason and select one or more states (zones) for which the exempt reason applies. You can only add one exempt reason and zone(s) combination at a time, so if your customers have more than one exempt reason, perform these steps multiples times.
