Why won't my changes to the ship-to address save?

Overview

You are making and saving changes to the ship-to address but when you return to the address, the address appears to be unedited.

Environment

Sage 100

Resolution

  • This can be caused by multiple users in the same customer record.
  • If one person makes changes while another user is in the same customer record, those changes will not save.
