Why is my account inactive in Certcapture?

Overview

I cannot log in to CertCapture and now my account is inactive

Environment

CertCapture

Resolution

  • If you have tried logging in with an incorrect password more than three times, your account will set to inactive.
    • You would have to an account admin user reset your password and reactivate your account.
