Why can I no longer see all my companies in the admin console?

Overview

When you log into the Avalara admin console you only see one of your companies

Environment

Avalara Avatax

Resolution

  • Your user permissions have been updated to company admin or company user limiting your access
    • Please contact an Account Admin with your company and have them update your user permissions to an Account admin
