Why can't I see nexus jurisdictions for my company?

Overview

I cannot see nexus jurisdictions in the Admin Console or change settings in the Company Profile.

Environment

Avalara AvaTax

Resolution

  • Your Role for your login is of type "User" and Users are unable to view Company Admin level settings. 
  • Contact your Account Admin to change your role to "Admin". 
    • Or ask them to pull the information for you.
