Why can't I remove the Customer Attribute (insufficent address) from my customer in CertCapture?

Overview

Can't remove the Customer Attribute (insufficent address) from customer in CertCapture, even though there is an address in place. 

Environment

CertCapture 6.1

Resolution

Make sure that the Street Level address is on Address Line 1 and not on the ATTN line.
