Why am I seeing transaction tab issues when others aren't in the admin console?

Overview

There is a specific problem I'm having with the admin console transactions tab that other people do not have. It is specific to my computer/browser.

Resolution

  • If you are having issues in the admin console specific to your computer or browser it is likely an issue with your machine or browser.
  • Exit the admin console and clean your cache, if logging back in doesn't fix this try restarting your machine.
  • If issues persists but others can not reproduce them see your IT team for more assistance.
