When I am attempting to log in I get an error such as "An unexpected error has occurred."
- Sometimes your previous log in instance can still be cached in your browser.
- If you restart your browser you should again be able to log in.
- If you are using Internet explorer some versions have comparability issues.
- Try using a different browser like Firefox, or Google Chrome.
- If the issue persist you can check https://status.avalara.com/ to see if there is any issues happening currently.
