You are wondering what to do with the Invalid certificates on the CertCapture Dashboard

  • Check the Certificate details to confirm all the information is correct
  • Check The Validation tab
    • If an invalid reason exist fix the problem and remove the reason
  • Check the History Tab
    • If Falure is present make sure to fix the problem
  • Resed to API
