I had connectivity issues to Avatax on June 2nd, 2015
Avalara Admin Console
- Avalara did experience issues related to accessing the Admin Console and calculating tax on June 2nd, 2015
- The issues were found to be caused by one of our internet service providers, Time Warner Cable (TWC), experiencing their own service issues.
- If your connection does not rely on TWC, you would have not experienced any issues.
- We have migrated all traffic off of Time Warner to resolve this issue.
- If you use TWC or your connection travels through TWC you may continue to experience internet connectivity issues.
- Connectivity issues occurred between about 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM PST.
