How do I contact Avalara Excise Support?


I am having technical issues and need assistance from Avalara Excise Support.


Avalara Excise


  • Avalara Excise allows for two designated Support Contacts per customer
  • While logged into, a Support Contact can click Admin > Support Cases from the menu to open and manage cases for their organization
  • Support Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time Monday – Friday excluding holidays
