You want to know how to change a customer number in CertCapture.
- Go to the customer in CertCapture
- Search > Customer Search > Enter search term > Get Search Results > click Customer number
- Click Edit > Change the Customer number > Click Update Customer
- To have Avalara make a change to all (or most) records for you, please contact your account manager to discuss a Data Project
Note: To update their certificates in the admin console, queue an API Resend for the records.
