You're unable to log into the Development Admin Console.
- The Development Admin Console can be purchased for a set amount of time
- If you can't log in, it's possible that the account is inactive or expired
- Contact Avalara Support, to have someone review the account
- If the account is expired or inactive, you'll need to contact your Customer Account Manager (CAM) to discuss the renewal of the development environment contract. This will include extra fees or purchases on your account.
