Validate Addresses in Salesforce Billing

AvaTax address validation is a feature that verifies, corrects, and formats addresses according to the USPS database. At this time, AvaTax only validates addresses in the United States and Canada. Validating addresses may incur additional usage fees.

  1. On any Account, Quote, or Order page, click the Validate Address button to validate the address associated with that entity.
  2. On the Verify Addresses page, click Update Validated Addresses to update the addresses, or click Back to cancel.
