Track a Support Case

Track the progress of a support case in the Admin Console. To find a case, search by the status of a case, case number, subject, date range, and the cases submitted by a particular contact.

  1. At the bottom of any page in the Admin Console, click View Support Cases.
  2. Use the filter options to search for a particular case.
    • If the status of the case is Open, we're still working on resolving the case.
    • If the status of the case is Closed, the issue is resolved. If you want to reopen the case, simply reply to the case closed email sent by Avalara Support
