Treasury Send requests or other correspondence for Treasury through Avalara Support. Please submit a case. Treasury handles funding for the remittance of tax liability to the tax jurisdictions for your Managed Returns filing.

To reach the Accounts Receivable department, please submit a support case through Support Case Manager in Avalara Account. 

Avalara Support answers most accounts payable/accounts receivable questions. If they can't answer your question, they'll create a case for you and send it to an Accounts Payable/Receivable specialist.
