Why don't I see tabs for all the applications in the Communications Customer Portal?

You want to know why you aren't able to see tabs for all products in the Customer Portal (for example, for Geo).

Resolution

  • The tabs and menu items you see in the Customer Portal are associated with product licenses your company has. 
  • You must have licenses for individual products in order to use them in the Customer Portal.
