This webinar provides a brief overview of the CertCapture dashboard, company details, and user settings. We'll workshop how to add users, change nexus, and add your logo. Learn how to navigate CertCapture with widgets, quick search, and quick links. You'll also learn how to add a single customer to CertCapture and use the import template to add multiple customers at once (bulk import). We provide best practice recommendations for customer import processes.
